thisisdrumnbass.jpg2009. je bila godina drum'n'bass-a u Velikoj Britaniji, stoga vrijedi podsjetiti na neke uratke koji su je obilježili. "This Is Drum + Bass" je dvostruka CD kompilacija brojnih trackova (53), koju je predstavila klupska ve?er Hospitality, a objavljena je pod velikim i uglednim UK drum'n'bass labelom Hospital Records. Svaki po jedan disc miksali su vrlo poznati High Contrast (Lincoln J. Barrett) i London Electricity (Tony Colman). Potonji je 1996. godine osnovao Hospital Records, a High Contrast je ranije ove godine za Hospital ve? snimio jednu miksanu kompilaciju - "Confidential".
